The Advisory Council on Youth through its 30 representatives from youth NGOs and networks in Europe brings the voice of young people to the Council of Europe (CoE). EFIL has been cooperating with the youth sector of the Council of Europe since 1974, and has proudly seen its external representative on advocacy Nina Grmuša, chairing the Advisory Council since 2024.
