EFIL position paper for the Open Public Consultation on the Next MFF 2028-2034 is out!
In view of the next Multi Financial Framework 2028-2034, we advocate for adequate funding for the development of intercultural and active citizenship competence of young people and educators. Such competences are essential for resilient democracies and for Europe to play a key role in the current global challenges, as recently confirmed by the Union of Skills initiative.
Based on the input received from its Member Organisations, EFIL has prepared a position paper. It includes an Annex explaining how EFIL members work with the Erasmus+ School Programme and which are the benefits of the cooperation between non-profit pupil mobility organisations and schools for supporting the implementation of EU policy priorities (e.g. automatic recognition of learning periods abroad).
