Although it is only December preparations for next year’s EFIL Volunteer Summer Summit have already begun. The VSS in 2015 it will take place in Germany. The Preparatory Team has been selected and we are happy to present them to you:
David Kalwar and Anne Reck, both from Germany, will be our Office liaison in the host country and the Support team coordinator. Gert Lucas from Germany once again will be the VSS’s IT manager. From Italy we’ll have on the team Valentina Milanese as plenary session organizer. PR Manager will be Egill Thorarinsson from Iceland. Pieter Verstuyf from Belgium will be the trainer’s liaison. Representing EFIL on the team, there will be Inga Menke and Marín Björt Valtýsdóttir (EVS intern).
The Prep Team will meet in person on the 30th of January in Berlin, at the venue where the 8th VSS will take place from 9th to 14th of August next year. The whole team is excited to meet and start planning what we hope will be the best Volunteer Summer Summit yet.
