After spending 3 months on an exchange programme abroad through the PEACE programme, +250 students from many different countries came to Brussels to the final PEACE Camp organised by EFIL before going back to their home countries.

During the four days of the camp, they had the opportunity to get to know each other and to share their unique experiences with one another. They also participated in different workshops where they reflected on European and Global citizenship, discussed about the most pressing global issues and exchanged ideas on how they can become active citizens themselves to advance change in society.

The participants also had the chance to visit Brussels and explore the European Parliament, the European Comission or the House of European History, learning more about the European institutions and their history.

We send a big THANK YOU to the amazing team of AFS volunteers that made the camp possible with their commitment and dedication!
