The EU Council has adopted the EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027. At the core of the strategy we find the promotion of EU common values, solidarity, inclusion, youth participation and mobility. The strategy is divided in the 3 chapters: Engage, Connect, Empower.
The strategy will be implemented mainly through the Erasmus+ programme, and the fact that the two files have been negotiated by Member states at the same time is a good step to ensure synergies.
