Last November, 50 researchers and practitioners convened at the 8th Forum on Intercultural Learning and Exchange in Colle di Val d’Elsa, hosted by Fondazione Intercultura and supported by EFIL and AFS International, to discuss the topic ‘Intercultural Training of Teachers: from theory to practice’. Based on the latest research and practice on the topic, participants drafted a final statement with recommendations to institutions on how to advance in the development of intercultural competences of teachers.
