EFIL coordinated the project ‘Intercultural Learning for Teachers and Pupils’ aimed at producing tools to empower educators to include intercultural learning in their teaching practices. The first version of the Toolbox ‘Intercultural Learning at School’ has been published! You can find it here: http://intercultural-learning.eu/toolbox/.

The Toolbox is divided in 4 sections:  whole school approach, cross-curricular activities, subject related activities, international mobility. For now it is available in English, but soon translations will be available in French, Italian and German.

In order to spread this tool and help teachers to use it, the project is training multipliers! Between 27 August and 1st September, an excited and motivated group of 17 educators gathered in Berlin where they have been empowered to train teachers and educators on ICL, and support them in using the Toolbox in their teaching practices.

The Toolbox will be piloted through local teacher trainings in 9 countries in the period September 2017- March 2018, and then edited according to the feedback received. To provide feedback use the Comment box at the end of each activity in the Toolbox!
