With the help of the Council of Europe, EFIL developed a handbook on ‘Promoting and developing volunteering’. Sara Borgiattino is the compiler of this resource book.

This handbook is a collection of information from previous EFIL seminars, enriched with interesting tools and tips from other organisations.

The study contains practical advice and tips for building and strengthening local volunteer structures such as chapters, committees, regions… Please use this manual as a reference tool in your volunteer development work and if considered appropriate, circulate it within and even outside your organisation.
