A permanent Secretariat in Brussels provides coordination services to Member and Partner Organisations and administrative support to the EFIL Board of Directors. The Secretariat currently consists of five staff members a Secretary General, an Executive Manager, a Training Co-ordinator, a Director for Partner Development and a Director for Partnerships and Resources Development. Additionally, two volunteers (European Voluntary Service & Leonardo intern) are currently attached to the EFIL office.
