The EFIL General Assembly meets every two years to decide EFIL’s policy and activities and to elect a Board of Directors which acts as the executive body.
The General Assembly has the surpreme authority to works towards the attainment of the aims set out in the statutes, and the exclusive competence to adopt the budget, approve the balance sheets, elect or dismiss Board Members, amend the statutes and dissolve the Association.
